Application to the MIAMY Festival is open to young artists and musicians of all nationalities under the age of 26. Up to 10% of participants in each group may be between the ages of 26 and 30. Conductors, ensemble directors, and collaborative pianists are exempt from the age limit.

Application Process
Participation in the MIAMY Festival involves a multi-step process:

Submit Application
To apply, complete the online application form, upload all required materials (listed below), and submit the non-refundable registration fee of $250 USD.
The deadline for complete applications is October 1st, 2025
Required Materials
Participant List
Include the full names, ages, and roles (instrument/voice) of all participants.
Performance Program
List of the pieces your group will perform. At least one piece must be from your home country.
You may include additional pieces to showcase your style.
Sheet Music (Scores)
Bring conductor scores for all the pieces your group will perform.
Workshop Preparation
Orchestras & Bands: Prepare one required piece + one workshop piece (from MIAMY's list).
Choirs: No preparation needed—music will be provided during the workshop.
Important Notes

Accuracy: Double-check names and program info, no changes accepted after December 1st, 2025.

Payment is required within 4 weeks after acceptance notification.

• One original conductor’s score for each competition work and each workshop piece
(Scores for any festival-assigned repertoire do not need to be submitted)
• Participant data sheet with full list of group members
• Finalized stage plan, including placement of instruments and participants
